ing and Prassure on such streets or roads in the

5. It is also understood that in case of demurrage, the Party
responsible for said demurrage will pay same. Any demurrage caused by
inclement weather is to be paid equally by First and Second Parties.
6. Second Party guarantees that First Party will be able to
hire local horses and driver at customary local prices to pull First
Party's oil distributor. (This will be four horses and one driver.)

a• Neither Party shall be liable for a breach of this con-
tract occasioned by causes beyond its control, and it is also under-
stood that this contract embodies the full understanding, is not ef-
fected by any verbal agreements and is not subject to countermand.
