A ~ON OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCIO~ AUTI-K)RIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
ISSUE ~E ORDI~S FOR: (!) PROVIDING SEWER
AND WATER SERVICE TO SITE, (2) INSTAllING
BATHROOM AND OSHA SAFEYY FACII ITWS, MODIFYING
EI. ECIRICAL AND I-WATING FACIliTIES, TO THE
TEI~ I FASE PROPERTY SITF_.
WHERFAS, the site of the Teichert lease property is in need of sewer and water
service, bathroom and OSHA safety facilities, modification of electrical and
heating facilities; and
WHERFAS, the owners of the lease property, Teichert, are willing to offset the
costs of the improvements necessary to make the site and building usable, and
within the Cai-OSHA requirements by reductions in the $750 per month lease
payments;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCK~, ~ that the Town Manager is authorized to
issue purchase ordem for: (1)providing sewer and water service to site, (2)
installing bathroom and OSHA safety facilities, modibying electrical and heating
facilities, to the Teichert lease property site. Said purchase orders not to exceed
$25,000, with offset of $18,000 for the two year lease.

The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Council of
the Town of Truckee, held on the 1st day of July, 1993, by Council Member
Drake who moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Council
Member Botto was upon roll call carded and the Resolution adopted by the
following vote:
Council Members Aguera, Botto, Cross, Drake
and Mayor Eagan
