SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The election of a new Mayor and Council President requires the Council to update the list of signatories on
the City of McCall's bank accounts.
Resolution 10-1 authorizes the newly elected Mayor and Council President to sign checks and other
disbursements.
The signature authority for Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager and Linda Stokes, City Treasurer, remains
unchanged; however the bank requires that when any changes are made all signatories must sign again.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 10-1 and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, and City
Treasurer to sign all necessary documents.
