HomeMy Public PortalAbout1999-071161 Member Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.99-71 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FUNDING FROM Mn/DOT THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Medina wishes to realign Willow Drive at Trunk Highway 55 and install a traffic signal; and WHEREAS, the City of Medina is requesting financial participation in the project from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) through the Municipal Agreement Program; and WHEREAS the City of Medina is committed to providing the local share of the costs if the project is selected as part of the upcoming Municipal Agreement Program. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the City of Medina is requesting funding from Mn/DOT for the Trunk Highway 55 and Willow Drive project and is committed to providing the local share for such project.
