SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City currently holds an easement for Lift Station #8. The expansion of Lift Station #8 requires a larger
easement. The property owner, Bill Bashem, was contacted and has agreed to grant the required easement.
The cost impact thus far has been for the survey which equals $1,358.25.
The easement is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the sewer easement granted to The City of McCall for expansion of Lift Station #8 located in
north west Rio Vista and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
