SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee has requested that the current City Resolution 02-
28, adopted October 24, 2002 be amended to remove the program fee schedule and instruct staff to use the
adopted fee formula. Many of the current programs listed in the fee schedule are no longer offered. Staff
believes the adopted formula creates a mechanism to recover costs associated with recreation programs.
When programs change, are deleted, or added staff will not have to come to City Council for adoption of
new program fees. This will allow staff to be timelier in offering new programs. The current formula is
adopted October 24, 2002 is still valid, the individual program fees adopted at the same time are no longer
valid.
Attached are Resolution 02-28 and the proposed Resolution 10-2.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 10-2 to remove the program fee schedule and instruct staff to adhere to the adopted
formula and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
