SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Additional engineering work was required during construction of the taxiway rehabilitation project for
"soft -spot" repair on Taxiway A-2. There is adequate funding within the ARRA grant to cover 100% of this
expense. After this amendment is approved it will be forwarded to FAA for their concurrence. FAA is
aware that this amendment is being processed.
See attached letter with exhibits from T-O Engineers dated November 12, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the attached Amendment No. 2 to T-O's Professional Services Agreement dated March 30, 2009
and authorize the Mayor to sign any and all documents.
