CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 691, an ordinance pertaining
to lot standards within integrated
developments within industrial,
business, and commercial districts.
The ordinance allows flexibility for
setbacks within integrated de-
velopments in the Industrial Park
zoning district. The ordinance also
allows lots to be created* without
frontage on roadways within com-
mercial, business, or industrial inte-
grated developments.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
