SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded American Recovery and Revitalization Act (ARRA) funding to construct
and install six bus shelters. One shelter will be located on private property at Alpine Village. Location of
this shelter on private property is allowed by the Public Transportation Division of ITD, but an easement
from the property owner is required.
The City Attorney has worked with the attorney for Alpine Village and has developed and reviewed an
easement agreement, which is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the easement agreement, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
