SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Currently, the majority of the Warren Wagon Road Right -of -Way (ROW) is undefined, meaning that it is a
portion of land left over from the platting of parcels on either side of the road. This has led to legal
uncertainty regarding the exact location of the City's ROW. A property owner — Ed Priddy — with
significant frontage (approximately 275 feet) along Warren Wagon Road is willing to work with the City to
take the steps necessary to formally establish the Warren Wagon Road ROW for the extent of his property.
Rod Skiftun, Mr. Priddy's surveyor, is willing to volunteer his time to draft any necessary legal descriptions
or surveys in the resolution of this issue. Mr. Skiftun will present a more detailed explanation of the history
of this situation, as well as a detailed explanation behind its resolution.
A drawing indicating possible boundaries for the Priddy properties is attached. Further Council action may
be required.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct Staff to pursue the establishment of the Warren Wagon Road Right -of -Way for the Priddy
property, including the drafting of necessary documents and survey.
