SPECIAL MEETING, OCTOBER 17, 192
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a Closed Session
on the above date at 8 : 00 a . m . at Bateman Hall , 113 31 Ernestine
Ave. in the VIP Room.
Mayor Heine in the Chair.
Councilmember Hyrd, Rea, Richards, Heine answered the roll call.
Councilmember We11s arrived at 8:45.
Mayor Heine stated the agenda had been duly posted in accordance
r~ with The Brown Act.
Mayor Heine stated the purpose of this Special Meeting was for
Personnel Matters.
It was moved by Councilmember Richards, seconded by Councilmember
Syrd and carried to recess to closed session at 8:10 a.m.
Council reconvened at 11:45.
It was moved by Councilmember Byrd, seconded by Councilmember
Wells and carried to recess to lunch at 12:05.
Council reconvened at 12:31..
Council recessed at 12:35 to continued closed session.
Council reconvened at 4:12 p.m.
It was moved by Councilmember Wells, seconded by Councilmember
Richards to appoint Laurence Adams as Lynwood City Manager.
