SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a memorandum discussing history regarding lease rates upon transfer of leases and historical
lease documentation. This memo is applicable to three leases to be considered by City Council on February
10 including a new lease for Mike and Leslee Dorris, a lease transfer with Steve Wright Hangar 206, and a
lease assignment amongst the owners of Hangar 563.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Consider the information of this memo regarding decisions of these leases and accept or modify the
recommendations of the memo.
