SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Steve Wright, owner of hangar 203 has for estate planning
hangar ownership to Middle Fork Properties LLC of which
Committee has reviewed the Attached Assignment of Lease and
as a transfer between legal entities of the same owner and they
changed. This lease was entered into March 1, 2003, therefore,
lease base rate, as this lease is subject to the rate adjustment
