SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is the third reading of the ordinance that will enact the rezone for the Crossbar property. Bill Nichols,
City Attorney, advised Council not to suspend the rules and read one time only since there were only three
members of the council to pass this ordinance, the other two recused.
The complete land use file is available for review at McCall City Hall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Read by title only for the Third and final time Ordinance No.872
2. Adopt Ordinance No.872 and authorize mayor to sign all necessary documents.
