SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Resolution 10-12 establishes the City's wastewater policy. A similar policy has been adopted annually since
2006.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 10-12 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
