SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicant has submitted an application for a zoning map amendment for an existing
owned by the McCall Memorial Hospital that would change the zoning from R4 to
property is a part of an auxiliary parking lot on the south side of Forest Street, across
primary hospital parking lot. The parking lot in question spans two parcels, one of which
the other — the subject property — is zoned R4. The applicant is requesting that the property
as to rationalize the use in regards to the zoning, and the proposal's conformance with
Plan's Future Land Use Plan.
At a regularly scheduled meeting on February 2, 2010, the McCall Area Planning and
recommended the application for approval by the City Council, contingent upon the applicant
a Development Agreement with the City. At the February meeting the Commission
second public hearing was not necessary.
