SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the March 17 Upper Payette River Economic Development Council (UPREDC) Board meeting, the
Board unanimously decided that each Board member will approach their respective governing boards and
request support for the submission of an Idaho Department of Commerce (IDOC) Rural Idaho Economic
Development Professional Program grant.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Support the submission of an IDOC Rural Idaho Economic Development Professional Program
grant application; and
2. Provide direction to UPREDC regarding the implementation of a grant, if awarded
