SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The cities of McCall and Donnelly submitted a joint application to the Idaho Office of Energy
(OER) in December, 2009 and were awarded $132,500 to perform building energy audits and
retrofits on public buildings in McCall and Donnelly. The City of McCall was identified in the application
as the primary entity for the purposes of financial management and administration of the grant.
City of McCall will be responsible for successful implementation of the ARRA funding, staff recommends
that the cities develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the grant management.
The draft MOU is attached, and has been reviewed by the City Attorney and the City of Donnelly.

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of McCall and the City of Donnelly
regarding the administration and management of the EECBG funding through the Idaho Office of
Energy Resources.
