RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Find that there was no violation of the Open Meeting Law related to complaints one and three.
2. Find that the requirements of Idaho Code §67-2344(2) have not been satisfied, as they relate to
the minutes of ten City Council meetings since July 1, 2009.
3. Cure the violation by amending the minutes of July 23, 2009, August 6, 2009, August 13, 2009,
August 27, 2009, December 17, 2009, January 14, 2010, February 11, 2010, February 25, 2010,
March 11, 2010, and March 25, 2010.
