SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Michael Hormaechea and the Alpine Village Company are requesting to amend the development agreement
for the Alpine Village Planned Unit Development project. The attached Third Amendment to the
Development Agreement extends the deadline for the submittal of Phase 2 from the October 1, 2010
deadline to October 1, 2011. This extension is due to current market conditions that were not anticipated
when the project phasing plan was developed. The City Attorney has reviewed the development agreement
amendment.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Third Amendment to the Development Agreement for Alpine Village PUD and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
