RESOLUTION NO. 15-9113
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA,
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO REACH AN
AGREEMENT ON THE CONTINUATION OF THE
FUNDING FOR THE BUS CIRCULAR FUNDED BY THE
CITT PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION
OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Opa-locka,
received notice that the bus circular program was in danger of losing its funding
from the CITT program; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Opa-locka
desires to maintain the funding of the program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference;
Section 2. The Mayor and City Commission of the City of Opa-locka,
Florida, hereby directs the City Manager to reach an agreement with the Miami-
Dade County for the continuation of the funding of the bus circular program funded
by the CITT program.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
