SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Alpine Village is sponsoring five Movie Nights to be held at 600 North Third Street during the summer of
2010. This is the second year they will be showing outdoor movies, which are open to the public. They
have submitted a request to suspend the noise ordinance for the these events.
Please see the attached request.

Approve the request and suspend the noise ordinance.
