The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special session
in Bateman Hall on .the above date at 7:OOa.m.
Mayor Henning and Councilmember Wells answered the roll call.
Councilmembers Heine, Rea, Richards, were absent.
Also present was City Manager Heriot, Associate Attorney Barnes,
and Deputy City Clerk Warren.
Due to the lack of a quorum,
