SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The July 22 work session and the attached memo are intended to provide the Council with the information
necessary to make an informed decision about an operating transfer of property taxes from the General
Fund into the Golf Fund for FY11. The first opportunity to make that decision will be on July 23.
