RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1998 the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Ca~eret
approved a contract to Barrett Roofs, Inc. in the amount of $199,375.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the governing body that modification
of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has informed the governing body that a modification were
unforseen at the time the original contract was awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of $1,385.33 is hereby added
from the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby approved.
Adopted this 27th day of July, 2000 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
July 28th, 2000.

THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the follo~ving
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR MODIFICATION TO ORIGINAL
CONTRACT.
NOT TO EXCEED $1,385.33
According to the terms set fbrth in Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
