SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this agenda bill is to introduce three code amendment concepts to the City Council. These
code amendments correct inconsistencies in the code and give the City Council the ability to allow longer
timelines in phased developments for subdivisions and planned unit developments. See attachment for
additional information.
According to 3.13.04: ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS, amendments to this title may be
initiated in one of the following ways: (A) By adoption of a motion by the commission; (B) By adoption of
a motion by the council; or C) By an application by persons or entities filed with the administrator.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Initiate the proposed code amendments according to MCC 3.13.04 related to phased developments for
Subdivision and Planned Unit Developments.
