SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Idahoans for Music & the Environment (IdahoME) is submitting requests and applications pertaining to
the Art on the Lake Art and Music Festival. The events will occur at Legacy Park and on East Lake Street
between Highway 55 and Pine Street, on Saturday and Sunday, September 18 & 19, 2010.
Following is a summary of items pertaining to Art on the Lake that are being submitted by the IdahoME:
For approval:
. Request for suspension of the Noise Ordinance
. Request to have a Beer Garden at Legacy Park on Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 10:00 AM to
7:00 PM and on Sunday, September 19, 2010 from Noon to 5:00 PM. This has been approved by
the Parks and Recreation Commission
