SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The current retainer agreement with White Peterson expires on September 30, 2010. The attached
agreement renews the professional relationship for another fiscal year. The amount of the monthly retainer
and the fees for services outside the retainer remain unchanged from the current agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Agreement for City Attorney Services for FY11 and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
