SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sixty-four boxes of documents have been identified that have exceeded the retention time
by the City's records management policy. Resolution 10-17 will authorize the City Clerk
to the Idaho Historical Society of the intent for the destruction of the records and
opportunity to request any documents they deem to have historical significance.
