SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In response to direction

from the McCall City Council, staff has prepared a code amendment that clarifies
standards to accessory dwelling units that was presented to the McCall
Commission on September 14, 2010.

amendment expressing that amendment would push buildings to the center of the

the City Council and input from other designers to fully understand the
sized properties. The Commission continued the public hearing to the October 22,
with the City Council.
