HomeMy Public PortalAbout2000-008 Resolution Granting Final Approval for the Plat of Turnham Addition19 Member Jim Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.00-08 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE PLAT OF TURNHAM ADDITION WHEREAS, Thomas Tumham (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of property located at 1512 Deerhill Road (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested permission to plat the Property into two lots; and WHEREAS, on October 5, 1999, the city council granted preliminary approval to the Applicant for the plat of the Property to be known as Turnham Addition; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has now prepared the final plat of Turnham Addition in accordance with the preliminary plat approval and the ordinances of the city and hereby requests final approval of said plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that final approval be granted to the Applicant for the plat of Turnham Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for Lot 2 in the amount determined by the city; 2. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to reimburse the city for the costs of reviewing this application; 3. The Applicant must file the final plat of Turnham Addition with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution or the final plat approval hereby granted shall be null and void; and 4. The Applicant shall notify the city immediately upon filing the final plat of Turnham Addition to allow the city to file the easement for driveway purposes previously required of the Applicant.
