RESOLUTION APPROVING IMPROVEMENT MAP TRACT 30140
WHEREAS, Richard D. McNish and Chacksfield Meri� Homes
Corporation, a corporation, hereinafter called"Subdivider," and
City o£ Lynwood, hereinafter called "City," have executed a subdivision
agreement, and
_ WHEREAS, City by Resolution has approved Final Map filed
by Subdivider and has accepted dedications offered by Subdivider,
and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has executed and filed with City all
necessary, certificates, and has complied with all of the provisions
of Chapter 2 of the Business and Professions Code and the subdivision
ordinance of the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has also filed an improvement map with the
City Engineer of City, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, tha� said Improvement Map of Tract No.
