SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the February 25, 2010 City Council Meeting the Local Option Tax Commission made a recommendation
to Council to holdback 15% of the approved funding for the remainder of the LOT projects, due to the
projected shortfall in LOT revenue.
Attached is a memo showing the Council different options for the additional funding.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff as to how the additional LOT funding will be dispersed.
