SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has a lease agreement with the Idaho Housing and Finance Association for two lots on
McCall Avenue (Greystone Village #3). One of the housing units has been sold to Dana and Michelle
Borgquist, Husband And Wife. Accordingly, Mr. and Mrs. Borgquist will assume the land lease for Lot 5.
Attached are the Assignment of Lease and Consent to Encumbrance Documents.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Lot 5, Greystone Village #3, from Idaho Housing and
Finance Association to Dana and Michelle Borgquist, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
