A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
PRELIMINA.RY REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET
LIGHTS IN TF3E CITY OF LYNUT00D
The C�,ty Council of the C�ty of Lynwoad does h,ereby
resolve as follaws:
Section 1: Th,at the C�,ty Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City C1erk of said City a
report, in writing, covering the maintenance af street lighting
in said Ci,ty for a period of three years commencing July 1, 196�-,
Secti.an 2: That said report shall contain the followings
(a) Plans and specifications f'or the proposed improvement.
(b ) An estimate of the cost of said �.mprovement far the
period of' time above specified.
(c) A diagram showing the praposed assessment district
and also the boundaries and r�.imension� of the respective lots or
parcels of land within �ai,d distr3,ct, each of which lots or parcels
to be given a separate number upon the diagram.
(d) A groposed. assessment of the - �otal amount of �he
costs and expenses af the proposed improVement upon the seve�al
lots or parcels of land in the assessment district in proportion
to the eatimated benefits ta be received by such lots or pa�cels,
respectively, from said improvement.
Section 3. That such report shall be in compliance with
the provisions of the S Lighting Act of 1g19 Par� 1 of
Division 1�- of the Streets and Highways Code af the State of
California, as amended.
