SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Aspen Ridge Phase III owners want to have building permits issued for their lots. However, the
infrastructure for the project is not complete. As a policy, the City of McCall does not issue building
permits unless the infrastructure has either been installed or financially guaranteed. The applicant has
worked with City staff to develop an agreement to financially secure the remaining infrastructure
improvements so as to allow for building permits to be issued. The full agreement is attached.
The attached agreement has been sent to the City Attorney for review.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve the Outstanding Infrastructure Agreement for Aspen Ridge Subdivision- Phase III and
authorize the Mayor to sign the presented agreement.
