RESOLUTION N0. 65-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
' LYNWOOD ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR ADVERTISING� PRO-
MOTION AND PUBLICITY.
� The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as followst
. - Section-l An agreement eaists between the City of
Zynwood and the Lynwood Chamber of Commerce to which this resolution
. ia a part and is referred to as "Exhibit A." The purpose of this
exhibit is t.o estaUlish a budbet and method of payment to the
Chamber in exchange for adverti'sing, promotion and publicity of
the city. It is the City Council's desire that strict attention
, be paid to all facets of said agreement especially those of
° Section 2 which refer to gaining permission for "approved"
advertising and "misleadinb" advertising, .
Section 2 : There is.appropriated from the General Fund ,
of the city a cotal of �8,280 which is the maximum that will be '
paid £or advertising, promotion and publicity in fiscal 1g64-65.
This money will be allocated at the rate of $690 per month
be�inning on or,about July l,'19b4 and continuing to be paid on
or about the first day of each month for the remainin� twelve
months of the fiscal year. subject to the audit and pay-bac1i
stipulations contined in the agreement. I
Section 3: A definitive budget indicating anticipated

items of expenditures is outlined below. Maximum salary in
� . relation to revenues has been provided; but under no circumstances
will such administrative costs exceed 33/ oz all monies, from
whacever source, expended for city advertising and publicity.
