RESOLUTION N0. 65-14
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF
A REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE-MOnTTH
PERIOD COMMENCING JULY l, 1g65
The City Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
resolve a,s follows:
Section l . That the City Engineer be a,nd he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said city, a,
report, in writing, covering the maintena.nce of all street lighting
in said city for a period commencing July l, 1965 and ending June
30, ZgE6.
Section 2 . Tha,t sa.id report shall contain the following:
a,. An estimate of the costs and expense of the
improvement for the ensuing fiscal yea.r.
b. A dia.gram for the assessment district referred
to in Resolution of Intention No. 64-16 adopted on the
3rd day of March, 1964 and the boundaries and dimensions
o£ the respective lots a.nd parcels of land within the
district as it existed a,t the time of the ma,king of the
last mentioned diagram, each of which lots or pa.rcels
sha.11 be given a special number on the diagram.
c. A schedule showing the proportiona.te a.mount
of assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits
to be received by ea,ch lot or pa.rcel shown on the diagram
required by subdiVision (b) of this section.
Section 3 • That such report shall be in compliance with
the p'rovisions o£ the Street Lighting Act o£ 1919 Part I, Division
1!}� Chapter 6, of the Streets and'Highways Code of the Sta.te of
California,, a,s amended. �
