A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
PRELIMINARY REPORT ON MODIFICATION OF STREET
LIGHTING ON A PORTION OF LONG HEACH BOULEVARD
IN THE C�TY OF LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolVe as follows:
Section �.: That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said City a report,
in writing, coVering the modification of street lighting on a
portion of Long Beach Boulevard in said City for a period of' three
years co.mmencing July l, 196�.
Section 2: That said report shall contain the following:
(a) Plans and specifications for the proposed improvement.
(b) An estimate of the cost of' said improvement for the
period of time abov� specified.
(c) A d�.agram showing the proposed assessment district
and also the boundaries and dimensions of the respective lots or
parcels of land within said district, each of which lots or parcels
to be given a separate number upon the diagram.
(d) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the
costs and expenses of the proposed i.mproVement upon the several lots
or parcels of land in the assessment district in proportion to the
estimated benefits to be received by such lo�s or parcela, respec-
tiVely, from said improvement.
Section 3: That such report shall be in compliance with
the proVisions of the Street Lighting Act of 1919 Part 1 of Division
l�- of the Streets and Hj,ghways code of the State of California, as
amended.
