RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYIVNi00D
ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER RELATING TO THE
SERVICE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN AND ILLUMINATE BY ELECTRI-
CAL ENERGY ALL THE STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE SAID —
CITY OF LYNW00�.
WHEREA,S, the C�,ty Engineer of' the City of Lynwood did, on the
2nd day of March, 196�- file with the City Clerk, as ordered by Reso-
lution No 6�+-6 of' the C�.ty Council af the City of Lynwood adopted
February �-, 1964 a report relating to the service necessary to maintain
and illusninate by means of electrical energy all street lamps in the
City of Lynwood, �aid written report being in compliance with, Chapter
3, DiVision l�, Part I, of the Streets and Highways Code of the �tate
of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said report, unmodified, is hereby approved and
adopted as a whole, a� �he report f'or all subsequent proceedings had
hereunder.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March 196�-
