SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City has received a contract proposal for City Prosecuting Attorney from Williams Law, P.L.L.C. The
contract amount would be for $ 48,000, which was the budget amount for FY11. The contract would begin
January 1, 2012 and ends December 31, 2012. The contract proposal carries a provision for a one year
extension for 2012 and 2013, with Council approval.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize staff to draft a contract for approval by Council for the December 16, 2010 council meeting.
