RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN4d00D SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PRO-
TESTS ON THE PROPOSED STREET LIGHTIN� SERVICE
IMPROVEMENT ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE GITY OF
LYN4�I0 OD ,
WHEREAS, pursuant to tl�,e provision� of the "Street
Lighting Act of' 1919 and amendments thereto", the City Council of
the City of' Lynwood has heretofore passed and adopted its Resolu-
tion No. 64-16 decla�ing its intention to order the furnishing of
the service necessary to maintain and illuminate by means of
electrical energy the street lighting system in the City of Lynwood
for a period of three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as followss
Section l. That the City Council does hereby fix Tuesday,
the 7th day of April 1g6�+ at the hour of 7s30 o'clock pm. in the
Council Chambers of said City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the City
of Lynwood, as the t�me and place Qf hearing any and all protests
in relation to said proposed improvement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood
is hereby directed to giVe notice of said hearing in the time, form,
and manner required by law.
