A RESOLUTION DIRECTIPIG THE PREPARATION OF A
REPORT OF ASSESSMENT ON THE MODIFICATION OF
STREET LIGHTS ON ATZANTIC.AVENUE IN TI=E CITY
OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE MOIdTH PERIOD COMMENCING
JULY 1, 1965.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve a.s followss
Seetion l : T$at the City Engineer be a.nd he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City C1erk of said City a
report, in writing, covering the assessment of the modifica.tion
� of a.11 street lighting on Atlantic Avenue in sa,id city for a
period commencing July 1, 1965 a,nd ending June 30, 1966
Section 2 : Tha,t said report shall contain the following:
(a,) An estima,te of the cost and expense of the improvement
' fo'r the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) A diagram for the assessment district referred to in
' Resolution of Intention No. 62-76, also the boundaries and dimensions �
of bhe respectiVe lots or parcels of Iand within the district a,s it I
existed at the time of the making of the last mentioned dia.gra.m, I �
each of which lots or parcels shall be given a sbecial number on
the dia.gram.
(c) A schedule showing the propor�ionate amount of the
assessment to be eha.rged in proportion to the benefits to be received
by ea.ch lot or parcel shown on the dia.gra,m requin:d by SubdiVision (b)
of this section,
Section 3 • mha.t such report shall be in compliance with
tne provisions of the Street Lighting Act of 1919 Part I,. Division
l� Cha,pter 6, of the Streets and Highwa.ys Code of the State of
