A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
REPORT OF ASSESSMENT ON THE MODIFICATION OF
STREET LIGHTING ON A PORTION OF LONG BEACH =
BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That the City Engineer beand he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of sa.id Cit� a,
report, in writing, covering the assessment of the modification
o£ street lighting on a portion of Long Bea.ch Bouleva.rd in sa.id
City for a. period commencing July l, 1965 and ending June 30, 1g66.
Section 2: That sa.id report sha.11 contain the following:
(a) Plans and specifications for the proposed improvement,
(b) An estimate of the cost of said improVement for the
period of time a.bove specified:
(c) A diagra,m showing the proposed a.ssessment district
and also the boundaries and dimensions of the reUpective lots or
pa.rcels of land within said district, each of which lots or parcels
to be given a, sepa,ra.te number upon the diagram,
(d) A proposed a.ssessment of the total amount o£ the
costs and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the several
lots or parcels of land in the assessment district in proportion
to the estimated bene£its to be received by such lots or parcels,
respectively, from said impro�ement.
Section 3: That such report sha.11 be in compliance with
the provisions of the Street Lighting Act of 191g Part 1 of Division
14, of the Streets and Highways code of the Sta.te of California., as.
amended.
