A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 64-51 TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND SALARY FOR THE POSITION
OF CITY CLERK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . It is the desire of the City Council to .
assign additional duties to the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood.
For convenience, the extra duties described below are included
within the title "Business License Collector - Supervisor." The
"Business L9_cense Collector - Supervisor" shall be responsible
to the City Council through the City Manager for Business License
collection, insurance supervision and Planning Commission minute
clerk.
Section 2 . The salary established for the position of
Business License Collector - Supervisor is �3,912 per year paid
bi-weekly at the rate of $150." Section 3 of Resolution No. 6�+-51
is hereby amended deleting "Planning Commission Secretary" and
adding "Business License Collector-Supervisor . . . . �150.00
bi-weekly."
