SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funding through
the Office of Energy Resources (OER) and entered into a contract on March 11, 2010. Part of the grant is to
perform energy audits on the following five McCall City Buildings: City Hall/Police Station, Annex
Building, Public Works, Library, and the Airport/Recreation Offices.
True North was selected as the company to perform the energy audits and generate the final report. The
work session will be an introduction to the energy audit process and findings. The Energy Audit final report
will be distributed in advance of a future Council meeting. Included is information on the topics that will be
covered during the work session.
