RE S OLUTI ON OF THE C I'IrY C OUNC IL OF THE C I T OF
LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PROTESTS ON THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF STREET
LIGHTTNG S�'STEM ON A PORTION OF LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR A PERIOD
BEGINNING JULY 1, 1964, AND ENDING JUNE 30 19
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Lighting
Act of 1919 and amendments thereto," the City Council of the City of
Lynwood has heretofare passed and ad.opted. its Resolution No. 64-21
declaring its inten�ion to order the furnishing of the necessary
materials to modify a portion of the street lighting s�rstem on a
portion of' Long Beach Boulevard in the City of Lynwood, for a period
of three years ;
NOW, THER�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of' Lynwood as follows;
Section 1. Tha� the City Council d.oes hereby fix Tuesday,
the 5th day of May, 1964, at the hour of 7:30 p.m, in the Council
Chambers of said City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road., in the City of Lynwood,
as the time and place of hearing any and alI protests in relation
to said proposed im,provemen�.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood. is

hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time, form,
and. manner required. by law,
