A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
REPORT OF MODIFICATION OF THE STREET LIGHTING
SYSTEM ON ATLANTIC �VENUE IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
FOR THE TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD COMNIENCING JULY l, 1964.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l . That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said city a report,
in writing, covering the modification of the street lighting system
on Atlantic Avenue in said city for a period. commencing July l, 1964,
and ending June 30 1965
Section 2. That said report shall contain the following;
a. An estimate of' the costs and expense of the
improvement for the ensuing fiscal year.
b. A diagram for the assessment d.istrict referred.
to in Resolution of Intention No 62-76 adopted. on the
7th day of November, Zg62 and the boundaries and.
dimentions of the respective lots and parcels of land
within the district as it existed at the time of the
making of the last mentioned diagram, each of which lots
or parcels shall be given a special number on the diagram.
c. A schedule showing the proportionate amount of
assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits to
be received by each lot or p�rcel shown on the diagram
required by subdivision (b) of this section.
S°ction 3, That such report shall be in compliance with
the provisions of the Street Lighting Act of 19�9 Part I, Division
14, Chapter 6, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, as amended.
