A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUI�ICIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE
ASSESSMENT COVERING STREET LIGHTING EXPENSES
'. IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE 1965-66 FISCAL
YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did,
on the llth day o£ Ma.reh ig65 file with the City Clerk a.s directed
by Resolution No. 65-14 of the Czty Council of the City of Lynwood,
� a report setting forth the costs and expenses for street lighting
service in the City of Lgnwood for the twelve month period commencing
July 1, 1965 together with the assessment dia,gra,m and a,ssessment
roll. Said written report wa.s made pursua,nt to the provisions of
Section 18090 and 18091 of Cha,pter 6, Difvision 15, Part I, of the
Streecs and H�ghways Code of the Sta.te i£ Ca.lifornia;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT�RESOLVED by the City Council of _

the C:ity of Lynwood a.s follows:
Section 1 : That said report, diagra,m, and assessment roll,
_. unmod.ified, is hereby approved and adopted. .-- -- ----
Section 2 . That the levying of t�he assessment a,s proposed
in Sa:id,repo�t is hereby a.uthorized a.nd a,pproVed.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
" hereb;� directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the d-iagram a,nd assessment roll upon which said levy is ba,sed, and
said ��ounty Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to ma,ke
collections of a,ll such assessments and to perform a.11 of the acts
and duties as are required by said act to be performed by the persons
desig:�ated a.s "Tax Collector" in Cha.pter 6, Division 14, Part I, of
the'Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,.
