SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funding through
the Office of Energy Resources (OER) and entered into a contract on March 11, 2010. Part of the grant is to
perform basic energy audits on the following four McCall City Buildings: City Hall/Police Station, Annex
Building, Public Works, and the Airport/Parks & Recreation Offices.
True North was selected as the company to perform the energy audits and generate the final report. A work
session was held on November 18 to introduction to the energy audit process and findings. True North will
present the Energy Audit final report. The entire report is included in the packet.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Energy Audit Report as a planning document for building facilities.
